Cooking Recipe
Steps of Cooking
- Boil 1 litre milk (preferably full cream). After 5 minutes of bailing, add the contents of Naba Sheer Khurma packet and continue baling for another 10 to 15 minutes.
- if desired, additional fried, dry fruits of your choice can be added for gamishing. Serve hot.
- For Variety 1: Add one cup, condensed milk to the boiling milk in the above recipe.
- For Variety 2. Make the Sheer Khurma cold, then add 1 cup of fresh cream Mix and serve cold
- For variety 3: half Y cup ghee and add Naba Sheer khurma Mix Stir fry for a few minutes, add one cup of milk and cook on low heat, for about 5 minutes. serve hot.
